Cardio Section
The club has over 50 pieces of Life Fitness cardio equipment! Equipment available includes treadmills, air runners, cross trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, spin bikes, assault bikes, rowers and 2x power mills!
Weights Section
The club has an extensive range of equipment. Ranging from pin loaded and plate loaded machines, 3 cable crossovers, 3 power racks, stretching area, multiple benches and a huge range of dumbells, kettlebells and free weights to choose from. Continually updated with the best quality equipment Cowra Health Club will keep your workouts fresh with the best fitness technology at hand.
Functional Training Zone
The Clubs has a great functional training zone.
This zone is fully equipped with all the essentials needed for any circuit or HIIT session. A large area giving you plenty of room to explore and expand your training options.
Ladies Only Section
The club has its very own Ladies only section. This private area includes an extensive cardio section, pin loaded and plate loaded machines, free weights and stretching area.
Studio 1
Studio 1 is where the majority of our group fitness classes are held, it has the capacity to cater for up to 45 participants, no booking required. Offering an extensive range of quality equipment so you can achieve your best results everytime.

Rpm Studio
The Rpm studio would have to be the coolest room in Cowra. With glow in the dark murals on the walls, 35 state of the art spin bikes and constantly changing music releases you will love the full sensory experience. It's out of this world!

THE UBER OF BODY COMPOSITION
The Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer, what we call the Intelligent Body Scanner, is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements. It works simply by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands.
The resistance to flow of the current determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral — a measurement far beyond the one-size-fits-all generic BMI. All readings are specific to the individual, allowing trainers to better design a health and wellness program.
